Both the Dannys (the new Danny who washed my hair and gave me a fabulous head massage, and the senior stylist Danny who could cut hair in his sleep!) were great. I received a fabulous cut (which bounced into shape with no effort the next day),whilst I relaxed with a complementary glass of bubbly. What more could you want!!!

I love my visits to Heading Out. Yesterday I especially enjoyed the champagne. I love Aaron - a brilliant colourist! And gorgeous on the eye but hey let's not get superficial. And I love Grace. She is a superb hairdresser. Her haircuts are amazing. I wish Grace all the best and want to thank her for all the fab times I've got to sit in the chair and have her literally take the weight off my head. She is a treasure and I will miss her, Happy Christmas to all at Heading Out! Denise Scott xx

A great salon and a great team. Some upbeat music in the salon would be great that would match the upbeat customer service. The hair salon was playing music more suitable for the spa area in the salon. Love what the team did with my hair and given I have just relocated from Brisbane great to know I have my hair salon sorted for the years ahead.

Colourist did a good job and the colour looks great. Unfortunately the stylist did not know how to cut my hair and I ended up with the awful 'pyramid' shape which happens when stylists cut my hair wet instead of dry. The stylist did do a great job of styling my hair so it looked great but the cut does not work with my natural hair texture. I will have to spend a lot of time styling this until it grows out.
