I have been having my hair cut by Danny for years. He is an expert stylist and I look forward to every visit knowing my hair will look amazing in his expert hands. Danny is a precision cutter and takes his time to ensure each cut is immaculate. He is especially adept at funky short haircuts. I would recommend him highly to anyone who wants a hair.style that is sure to draw positive comments. Danny is also charming and witty and helps to make the Heading Out experience even better. All the staff are highly professional and you are treated with friendly courtesy from the moment you step through the door until you leave. I would highly recommend the Heading Out experience. It is expensive but you will never be disappointed and can relax in the chair knowing you are in good hands!

I wasn't as happy with the experience this time. The haircuts are expensive and the haircut is quite OK but I don't understand why you can't cut the ends and shape in the one hair cut! It seems a bit ridiculous to me to have to do the two on separate occasions! Because of this it is not very good value. The haircut is quite OK but it will grow out very quickly - maybe this is the idea? If so I don't like being treated like this. Overall the hairdresser was a nice young woman and seems a competent hairdresser. I found the rather unfriendly man hanging around the counter a bit of a negative. I may come back but I will think twice about it.

Needs to upgrade magazines. Also wish staff wouldn't continually discuss their "social" problems and encounters, even with customers, so loudly everyone can hear.

The service was excellent. The guy who did my blow wave was fantastic and I am really happy with the reslut. The only negative for me is the price. I just think $75 for a blow wave is too expensive. I appreciate that I have particularly long hair but I don't think $75 is a competitive rate. I have never paid more than $65 (and usually pay around $50) for a blow wave including at comparable salons. On the whole though, a great experience. I am just not sure I could justify going back at that price.

Jaimi was really friendly and helpful! I went in for a last minute appointment and she took the time to sit down and chat with me about what I wanted. We went through colour swatches and she was really open and helpful and gave me some honest suggestions :) The colour turned out great! Would definitely go back!!!
