My experience with heading out and in particular Parundar was excellent today. She made up for the inconvenience of the day before where my booking which I made at the time of purchase- Scoopon deal for the 6/9/17 at 12 noon was not entered into the computer and there was nobody available to honour my booking for that day so l had to make another booking for today. Being a business owner myself, there is never enough hours in the day and appointments need to be made well in advance. Luckily l was able to shuffle some things around, it's just hard to change things around at the last minute, expensive and time consuming. The other thing l would like to bring up was the actual deal. It read, or was taken by me as a prospective new customer to be a style( which to me generally means a cut a style cut) colour and blow wave. I was a bit bewildered when l was told it was a colour and a blow wave and that l would have to pay for the haircut. l paid $21.00 for a fringe cut. Parking, there was 2 hour parking across the road, initially l was feeling anxious thinking about the parking meter and how much time I have left. It certainly took some of the shine away from fully enjoying a relaxing quiet me time. I do have praise for Parundar, apart from being beautiful, she is very polite and did make me feel very relaxed, in fact l was falling asleep at the wash basin and in the chair. She is very attentive and really listened to what l wanted. Congratulations Parundar and thank-you.
