I had a great haircut today, and a very nice experience with all the staff. This is one of the best haircuts I had had at heading out in the last 12 months. The previous haircut, about six weeks ago, was pretty average in comparison. I got some good advice on managing my hair, and the hairdresser asked me lots of questions about how I managed my hair before giving me advice.

My appointment was late which was a bit convenient as it was during work hours, however, I was very impressed with the stylist and other staff. I was particularly pleased with the confidence with which Amy (stylist) gave me advice on how she thought my hair should be cut - this is what I was looking for as I often get frustrated when stylist just ask me how I want it and dont really offer any constructive advice - in my case, im looking for that advice and knowledge from a stylist. Also very pleased with the end product.

had a "triple" treatment today there was nothing triple about it it was just a normal treatment and didnt last long enough to justify $45 but having said that it was EXTREMELY good which is why i have rebooked and will continue to but the 2 things mentioned would make it alot better
