I needed a stylist as my hair is unruly and needed some guidance. My stylist (forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful. She was polite and friendly and just lovely to chat to. Oh and the massage chairs. Just a bonus.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited around for over 30 mins after my appointment time, the haircut was rushed and is absolutely the worst hair cut I have ever had. It is VERY uneven, very short layers on one side (which I said I didn’t want) but nearly none on the other. I’ve been extremely upset and unable to style my hair because it just looks so terrible.
