But disappointed this time as had a long wait - appointment was scheduled for 5:30 by didn't actually start hair cut until 6:45. Happy to wait for a bit but it did make it a long night! Still, happy with end product

overall the experience was really good, towards the end, the hairdresser seemed a bit rushed and impatient, that lowered the stars I was going to give i felt pushed to leave quickly,
