Amazing!!! I had such a great experience here. I have curly hair and have never know how to care for my hair. Ricardo did an amazing job, he was so thorough and thoughtful. I have learnt so much about my curly hair from Ricardo. I’m obsessed with my hair and would definitely come back. If you have curly hair - would highly recommend!

I received the most horrible service here today. I came in for toner, at the suggestion of the salon following a prior service. I expressed the initial toner had taken more deeply at the root and had faded in a week to the bleached colour despite two longer treatments of the home colour conditioner. I had asked that the colour was applied slightly more vibrant so it didn’t fade in a week again and it was applied eventku throughout. I was shown swatches whee I expressed I didn’t like the orange/ yellow coming through but I was more comfortable with the pink tones showing an areas of the sample that a different colour had taken. I death with two people here and was passed to another male hairdresser to blow dry my hair - he did not greet me or acknowledge me. I noted to him the toner was patchy - something he didn’t seem he was going to mention. Toner was reapplied - no one bothered to explain what they were doing until I asked him. He answered rudely it was different to the one before. He aggressively washed my hair, and it was clear he was displeased about having to do this. After he dried my hair aggressively again making me feel extremely uncomfortable. He called some one else over to help him, she was nice enough to ask about the temperature whilst he seemed intent on burning me. The initial colourist came over, and when I expressed I had been left with orange / yellow hair after hours in the salon and over $500… she was rude and mentioned it was clear I didn’t know what I wanted. I ended up having to book again for it to be fixed. Meanwhile I’ve been left with shocking hair and horribly uncomfortable.

I’ve been seeing Georgia for about a year and I never leave the salon disappointed! From Rose on the desk being so welcoming to the 10/10 head massages, I always feel I get top quality service. Georgia always makes me feel so at ease and listens to what I’m after, it’s like catching up with an old friend every time I visit, plus she makes my hair look amazing and always has plenty of advice and tips for me to try between my visits!

Not the experience you’d expect for $360. Today I was meant to be taken to the sink for my toner but instead the apprentice washed my colour out then took me to another chair where I was left to sit with dripping wet hair for 40 minutes with no one telling me what was going on. When I did get the toner it turned out brassy so they had to re-tone it. When I asked why I was left to wait 40 minutes who I assume to be the owner told me she thought it had only been 20 (which is still too long regardless) and said there was a back up at the sink. No one communicated that to me at the time though. And what did I get for 40 minutes wasted? Sample size hair treatments that the salon gets for free from the hair are companies. Not really compensation for wasting my time due to bad scheduling. Do not recommend and won’t be going back.
