I have no idea why I haven’t heard of Head Studio before! They are amazing 🤩 Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they made feel and look like a million dollars and then some 👸🏾💖 My sisters and mother will definitely be back for hair and makeup 💄💜

The salon was a beautiful place, very nicely set out, and the staff were accommodating. However there was some things that didn't sit right with me. For starters, I was called 10-15 minutes prior to my appointment to ask if they could push it back half an hour and didn't give me an explanation why, I was already on my way there and had already parked and started paying for parking - so had to pay longer by the time I was done. When I got to the salon, I felt like I was unimportant because I was a new client, the lady who greeted me just said Hello whats your name for booking - nothing else. I then had a young lady take me down the back to a table to sit and wait for the stylist. Discussion with stylist was fine, she was a little hard to understand due to an accent, but I was then seated up stairs and not told what was happening and had to wait half an hour before someone came back to me and then I was taken somewhere else and somebody else started on my hair that I had no idea who it was and they also didn't introduce themselves, so I just felt like I was unorganised and unimportant compared to the other clients that were there as they seemed to be returning clients due to conversations I overheard. My hair turned out great and as we discussed but not as short as I requested, I felt the cut price at $150 was overpriced as it only took 15 minutes and a blowdry, no straighten. There was also a couple of areas in my hair that is unevenly cut but not too bad. I travelled 10 hours to Perth for various appointments not just a haircut/colour and found Head Studio online after a Google search of the best hair salon in Perth city, so I just didn't appreciate the level of service I received. However saying all this, the salon was beautiful and the lady that served me at the end of my appointment was lovely.
