Rachael and her team with over 70 years experience are regularly attending colour/styling and cutting courses to keep ahead of the latest fashions and specialise in colouring, formal styles and perming.

Rachael was fantastic I went in for a consultation the week prior to my appointment and felt very comfortable and relieved that I have found someone that actually understands what I’m saying and my hair type. Went in yesterday and absolutely felt very comfortable and confident with everything Rachael was doing and saying along with Soula who was also a very good helpful person as well just noticing how both ladies were interacting with different clients and anyone that came into the salon. I highly recommend Hair Traits and felt like a new person when I left, already made my next appointment with Rachael before I left the shop. 5 stars 🌟
