From day one when I walked into the shop and discussed my 'issues' I felt I had finally found a salon that 'got me'. I am so happy I have found Hair Traits, Sula, Rachael and Talia are all lovely ladies and its just a nice warm and friendly environment-no pretentiousness! Love it! Love them!

Rachel, Soula and Jenna listened and addressed my hair concerns, suggesting a change to cut/colour which I am very happy with. They are very professional, but friendly. The standard and quality of their expertise is exceptionally high The salon is beautifully clean and comfortable. The music selection is wonderful, adding to a very lovely experience.
