This is only my second time I have visited Hair Traits at Pymble. I have been looking for a hairdresser to build up a relationship with I have found all staff very friendly and have had Rachael attend to my hair. I so far have been extremely pleased with the way Rachael has handled my hair. Rachael listens to me and gives good advice on what she thinks should be done. I would definitely recommend Rachael and the Salon to others.
