Overall I'm very satisfied with the service @ HBS. Only little improvement point is that sometimes I had the feeling that there was to much going on and I felt a little bit rushed through as a customer, which is understandable if there are a lot of customers, but I thought I give you this feedback. PS: I usually book online appointments and the annoying thing is that I do have to enter my debit card details every time. I'm happy to save this info in your database if this helps.
