I have been a client at HBS for just over a year and I have to say that Jess (my beauty therapist) is always friendly and greets me with a lovely smile! She is very polite and professional. Jess always does an excellent treatment on me and I feel very relaxed during the whole treatment. I would not hesitate in recommending HBS as all the staff are very pleasant.
