Taylor is only the 2nd hairdresser, in my 55 yrs, that I have trusted and loved. She’s incredibly talented but also really listens & is always open to feedback. I always leave completely happy with what she does. Love her!

I came in yesterday with hair beyond damage, breakage all through the back and it was dying a slow death. I spoke with Brianna about going brighter and she honestly and kindly told me this probably wouldn’t work in my best interest to avoid even more damage. I wish I had the before picture to show how bad it was. I don’t know anything about hair and I had no idea what to do to achieve what I want which is bright long healthy hair. Brianna excitedly and passionately told me all about hair extensions! The more she spoke, the more I realised this was the answer I needed. I didn’t want to go brunette or chop it all off to start again. Brianna then went above and beyond and changed my appointment to do hair extensions immediately instead of waiting. I came in at 4:30pm and was shocked that she was still eager to take on such a big job and it shows how much love and pride she takes in her craft! A massive thankyou to Brianna and Laurie for their genuine enthusiasm and transforming my hair! I am so happy with the colour and overall end result! I appreciate the girls for staying back until after midnight to finish it and their enthusiasm and hospitality never wavered. Thankyou Brianna for sharing your expertise and knowledge. I am so happy to be a long haired girlie! X

I have had the absolute best experience at HBS. Every single staff member was so lovely and caring. Taylor , my daughters hair dresser took the time to answer every question in detail. The best part was my daughter who is 8 was treated with respect and care like an adult which most salons fail due as if children should not be getting a hair cut. Thank you so much to all the staff especially Taylor for making this the best experience. See you soon.

Hey! Just wanting to let you know that whilst getting my eyebrows done, the beautician took off a bit of skin - I think with the wax - and the skin around my eyebrows is really sore, red and will probably scab. I love coming to HBS and have been coming there a long a long time, usually this doesn’t happen… just don’t want this to happen to anyone else
