Hi - My experience in all my 3 visits and the visit for my son has been nothing but time consuming. Each time I kept coming back thinking it will get better. This is nothing against Tammy she is so wonderful and she is the reason I kept coming back. But it’s too much of waiting time. Today after my color got washed and by the time Tammy could attend to my hair style - there was a gap of 65 mins sitting and waiting. And in the end I didn’t have time so had to squeeE in a hurried cut with no style drying even though I pay for it as I did not have time. For my sons hair cut who just needed a school cut it took 2 hours. It’s a waste of time and such a shame as I really loved Tammy. There is no respect for our time. Else it’s a lovely salon with such nice staff.

Visited for the first time today for a wash/cut and I loved every minute of it. A massive thank you to Sam and Tammy! I was a little bit daunted going in because I’d only ever been to a salon once before, but the whole time I was there I felt so cared for, relaxed, and listened to. There were so many nice touches that made the place feel really safe and inviting: getting to indicate on the welcome form how quiet or social/interactive I’d like the appointment to be, getting a little tour of the salon, being offered a tea or coffee, and talking me through each step of the appointment. Tammy was amazing at making sure she understood my ideas and concerns, and she checked in along the way that the cut was what I hoped for. I really appreciated that she explained parts of hair care to me and made recommendations in a way that was always clear and gentle - it never felt even slightly condescending or forceful. The wash and scalp massage was so blissful that I’m not just looking forward to my next appointment but already finding it hard to wait.
