Excellent service as always. I started getting my hair done at HBS about 5 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. A lot of work has gone into making the whole place feel like you're at a spa, so it's just a really nice relaxing experience no matter what you're having done. The beauty services are fantastic as well and at a very reasonable price.
