Booked because of reviews. First time here. Lots of loud talking across the room and competing with loud 'doof doof' music. Not the usual salon chit chat. Just noise. Hairdresser Steven was so concerned about the next client waiting too long that their attention wasn't on me where it should have been. I actually saw hairdresser lifting my hair to measure the length but looking at other client. My thick hair was cut straight across which I did not ask for. Was not flattering. Hair cut was so 'choppy' again not what I asked for. When I asked for a semi straighten finish the hairdresser moaned and let out a sigh. WTAF. To top it off there was an odd chunk of hair longer than the rest. The best thing about my experience was Nugget the dog.

Haircut was great. Problem was I needed to wait for 50 minutes for a 30 minute cut. Why take bookings at that time when the schedule doesn't allow me to be seen then?

A fabulous experience. I wanted a new look and that's what I was given. Nothing beats experience. With Frank I was in assured hands. Precision cutting which created a carefree and casual look. Extremely easy to look after. Most Grateful.
