Shahin and Kunal Joshi have been a team in the beauty industry for 11 years, working in the busiest shopping centre in Perth. Originally operating under a franchise system, Shahin and Kunal both felt that they could offer more to their clients and the industry by operating under their own brand. The lights on the roof are very bright and straight above the chairs in eye shot when having to look up at the roof. This caused a lot of discomfort. Really great customer service though.

Without it, we risk missing stray hairs or not equiping our team being able to clearly see individual lashes during application — which could lead to the kind of concerns we always strive to avoid. Please know that we have dimmers in our salon specially for clients with sensitive and you can always request for our staff to dim the lights for you. service was lovely.I came in to have my white eyelashes and eyebrows dyed. I asked for brown on my eyebrows, a colour to match my ginger hair, and blue/black eyelashes. After it was revealed my eyelashes were indigo, and my eyebrows were still a very fair blond/taupe colour which looked almost green. Luckily I complained and another woman fixed the issue. I wouldn’t recommend getting your eyelashes dyed here. Dyeing the eyelashes became painful when it was time to remove the dye. A problem I hadn’t experienced in any of the other salons I have visited.

I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes early to a 10 minute eyebrow wax, and my appointment was 10 minutes late considering there was only one staff member both treating clients and running the front desk. This place looked great from the outside; I've walked past it so many times and I thought the prices were decent however I definitely got what I paid for. I have been having my eyebrows waxed for 10 years consistently and I know they tend to be stubborn so I usually need more than one strip of wax underneath and in the middle to get everything as well as a little tweezing but this has never been an issue. This appointment I had one strip of wax in the middle, one underneath either brow and one on top. When she asked me if I was happy with it I told her I wanted a little more off the top and she pulled out a piece of thread. I have heard of threading and I know the process however I've never had it done alongside waxing and I wouldn't personally recommend it. My brows were threaded for all of thirty seconds and by then I was growing impatient, so I paid for the service, said thank you and spent five minutes waxing my brows at home. I think if there had been more staff on or had the woman waxing my brows listened when I wanted more off then expressed my unease at threading this could have been avoided. I wait months to get my brows waxed because it's not a luxury I can often afford so I'm really disappointed at the fact that I paid that money for a terrible service. I'll be going elsewhere next time. You get what you pay for I guess.

Asked for brow lamination. Worst lamination I have every got. Dye still partially left on eyebrow. Stained brows, not a lamination. Dye left on too long. Worker constantly talking about other clients behind their back and being loud. Would not recommend. Overpriced for horrible service. Paid less in Sydney for amazing top service and gorgeous eyebrows to pay over 100 dollars for lamination in bunbury shopping centre

Even though I booked an appointment I still felt rushed through the process. Poor technique from the assistant beautician (not owner) who ended up leaving before finishing my treatment anyway.
