Amazing, friendly service with a calm and relaxing salon vibe which was just what I needed coming off a swing of nightshift. Hadn't had my hair done professionally in a while, so had nil expectation of the outcome, but walked out with the most insanely blended grey/ash blonde over my natural dark brown base which made my sparkles blend seamlessly with 50% natural vs 50% old bleach then dyed ends (shoulder length) *and breathe* Zero damage, just health and ✨️ s h i n e ✨️ I was expecting to need a huge chop but didn't, just a tidy up as I've grown it out from almost chin length (which I cut myself and haven't cut since December) So to cut a long story short, an absolute hair miracle by Izzy who did my colour and by the beautiful girl who (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, but I told you that you had the most healthiest, natural looking sunkissed-blonde-beach-baby-hair I'd ever seen in my like, similar to a 4 year old beach babe's blonde hair and loved it) but you/she performed my cut and style ♡ love your work today ladies, my hair is fab ♡ thank you both so much xx As a side note, I booked my appointment online at about 4am and made a mistake on my form, so as I couldn't call, I messaged them on instagram boarding my flight. I desperately asked if I could change it to a completely different week and by the time I landed in Newman, I had my appointment changed and booked for me. Just awesome stuff, I know contacting a salon on socials is considered a no-no, but Entrepreneurship and appreciation of their customer is something so rare these days, so awesome customer acknowledgement and service thru & thru ♡
