I’ve been visiting this salon regularly and always had great experiences, however this time I’ve been left really disappointed. I saw a new stylist and after telling them exactly what I wanted (going lighter), they told me it wouldn’t look okay, the colours would make me look sullen and washed out. Instead they insisted on adding low lights and a root fade. I pushed back and said I didn’t want this but they told me to trust them, so I did. I ended up spending $420 on hair that’s even darker than what I walked in with. It looked alright it the salon lighting, but a couple of days later I called to politely speak about how disappointed I was and change my next appointment, but they did not want to listen to me, and they rushed me off the phone. So disappointing, but hey maybe it was just a bad day because I normally can’t fault a single thing about my salon experience here!

Loved my few hours in the chair! I feel like I was listened to & my colour was exactly what I asked for. Extremely happy with the end result. This was a treat for me and the salon was calm & relaxed would highly recommend.
