Being honest, I went here for the first time about 2 years ago and didn't want to go back again. However, since then the service has really improved and the shop has grown into a very good barber shop. The barbers are very friendly and they are good at what they do. If you give them the time to explain what you want (maybe with photo's too) they will deliver. One suggestion (and I don't know how hard this could be to do) is to have an app for bookings and add those loyalty cards onto it. I keep losing mine and starting again but the app would retain each visit, just a thought.
