When you create a business there are many factors that need to be put into place to make it a success though the best asset any business can have is loyal and efficient staff members on all/any levels. Elouise is a very valuable asset as she is an all-rounder. If I had a beauty therapy business I would be offering her a very attractive package to join my operation.
