My experience today was so relaxing and lovely. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and made me feel at ease. It has been a while since I have had my eyebrows done. Partly due to lack of time and also due to some bad experiences and the reactions I get (from medical condition and not a lot that can be done). However I left with far less irritation than normal and less than 2 hours later there is no further signs of having had any reaction from waxing. I felt like I was fairly vague in what I was after but Jennifer was able to entirely understand what I meant and wanted and absolutely nailed it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Ebony provided amazing professional service , her knowledge of products is exceptional. I visit regularly to the salon and every time fantastic service by Sima . When I arrive the team are so welcoming and after treatment , I feel so relaxed and I feel good about my self . Such a wonder experience.

Jennifer was very informative, knowledge and created an atmosphere of relaxation. I wasn't expecting a massage with the facial which was so lovely. I really appreciate the information about my skin and what could be used to help. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and her service. I will be honest and say I received a gift voucher for a birthday gift and was Abit reluctant to get the service because of the cost ( the gift card was $50, so I put $70 towards it)- but the service was excellent and the advice and knowledge was priceless. Thank you for your beautiful service. I look forward to my next facial. Regards Nicky
