Overall I enjoyed my visit today however previously when I have had this facial done it also included a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. Today I received the neck & shoulder massage and please don’t get me wrong it was fantastic but it was just a different experience to what I have received previously so I’m not sure if the details of the service I selected have changed since my last visit. I also phoned ahead the day prior to my appointment as I noticed via the Ella Bache website was advertising 20% off cleansers. When I phoned the salon I spoke with the franchise owner Sima who advised the offer was online only however kindly offered to honour the deal and she mentioned she would not it on my file ready for my visit. I mentioned this as the time of completing my purchase in store. I purchased 2 cleansers & the hand cream today as part of my visit and was unfortunately charged the full amount which was a little disappointing. Whilst I appreciate I was given a small gift if the hydrating mist - the cost of the mist was less then then the money I would have saved purchasing my cleansers at the 20% off.
