To be honest I was quite disappointed throughout my visit. I found the environment so noisy it was too hard to relax. The therapist was so lovely and was very skilled but not enough to get to me relax in my treatment. I could hear doors slamming, people running up the hall, people talking really loudly and trolleys. I found myself caught up thinking what else I had to do in my day and struggled to zone out. I don’t know if some of the noise could have been avoided but I thought it was important to know my thoughts on the experience.

The salon itself was very professional and relaxing. The receptionist and my masseuse were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, my massage was just way too soft, despite my asking several times for the massuese to go harder. Not too happy I expected a better service for $89.

New customer. Paid $50 deposit prior to appt. Arrived at 9:30 as instructed to complete forms. Still waiting to be called in 30 mins later. Underarm wax, mani and pedi cost $183!!!! Really? Didn’t get my deposit off the charge. Went back to ask. Told they’d process it that day. I offered my credit card, not required they had my details. Told the credit would take 1-2 days to reflect on my account. Received a phone call today. When can I come in to arrange for the refund. Said I’d be in this afternoon. Asked if she needed my credit card, and she did. Told the refund is now 5 days. Very avg job on the nails and I expect much more for such an exorbitant fee, it also took three hours and my person ran out of time so another girl stepped in. I didn’t mind that, they were pleasant. But is this the way you treat a new client? I won’t be back, you’ve got competition. Perhaps you should get your game on if you want to charge such high prices. Very very disappointing.

I would of liked to be told if I’m going to have someone who needs more experience and doesn’t know what a full face wax is I still have hair on my neck and when I ask she said no that’s not included in a face but when I was there last time it was and when waxing a face she needs to pull the wax off the opposite direction of the way the hair grows so that it gets it all Last time I was here and had Lucy and Bella it was amazing service and today wasn’t
