I have been attending EB for years. Quality and experienced staff have deteriorated. After several visits I have had to go home and shape and pluck my own eyebrows. The price has continued to go up but the attention to detail has reduced.

I never leave reviews like this and really didn't want to but I thought maybe it could be taken as more constructive criticism and room for improvement so I hope this is translated to the beautician in the nicest way possible, or maybe don't even tell her, just check in on her treatments. I had my lashes and eyebrows Tinted and the lash dye was only on for 5 mins before it got in my eye (I kept my eyes closed) She thinks it could have been because my eyelashes were wet from Removing my makeup prior. She then tinted my eyebrows and they were on for only a minute so I checked and asked her to go a tiny bit darker - id asked for light brown to medium Brown. They must have developed more on my way home because I got home to them very very dark - black basically and the dye was stained all over eyebrows Like Not in the shape Of my brow (above it on the side of temple) - i was treated by Courtney I think her name was. She was super lovely and I'm Sure she is probably just new and needs more practice. It hasn't tainted my experience at all! You guys are amazing, and I always receive the best service. It was More just to let you know to avoid it happening to someone else that might leave a bad review (a Karen of sorts lol)

The last couple times I have been rather chaotic with tradesmen walking in an out and I feel like it has lost its relaxing atmosphere. The staff seems stressed and under the pump. The beautician still provided a great service but as this kind of service is a luxury I feel all aspects of a visit to a salon should be considered.

I wanted to book into a deluxe pedicure to treat myself as I appreciate pedicures and all of the procedures that go into it, like the exfoliation, foot rub, skin peel, hot stones, massage etc. I thought that the deluxe pedicure would have all of these things included as stated on your website. I simply got my shellac taken off and then put back on, with a little exfoliation. I think that it is so overpriced for what I received and I was so upset, seems as I can get a standard pedicure at a nail place for $60-$70 I expected a higher standard, when I paid nearly double that for someone to just paint my nails. The lady was soo super lovely and so polite and well mannered and she took the time in shaping my nails however I wasn’t informed that there would be an added on price of removing shellac until I was about to pay. I booked into for a deluxe pedicure and not an express pedi and just felt so rushed and that there is no value in money. My nails were not dry when leaving and oil has smudged the colour. I have never written online reviews before, I was just so upset as I’m a uni student that doesn’t want to spend money and wanted to treat myself one time, I just don’t want other women to walk out and feel deflated and ripped off. Again the lady was so utterly lovely and polite, she was honestly so sweet I just don’t think something should be marketed if nothing is going to be done in the appointment time, I’m not sure if it’s just because I was the last client of the day?

Had eye brow tint and lip wax - the bust therapist gave me no warning when paying the lip wax which made me jump, a prior warning would have been good
