Hi I arrived early and checked in with the person on the front desk. I was there for a 10am appointment. At around 10.10 someone finally came to tell me the appointment was running late, which I already knew. They said they had to set up another room and would be five minutes. About 10-15 minutes later I was put in a room and given a free hydrating mask which is nice, however being late meant I was late for my husband and for what we were doing afterwards. So there experience of enjoying a relaxing facial was not so relaxing. Whilst I was having the facial, which was done well, I heard a dog barking in the waiting room. When I went out there was someone with a small dog in their arms looking at makeup or something similar. Surely, just surely this is one place I can go where there are no dogs! I own one too, and love it, but really get sick of no matter where I go people have to have their dogs with them. Not your fault except obviously no one asked them to leave. So I am having a treatment in an environment where there has been a dog - not really hygienic. I have no idea if they went into the treatment room as well. Sadly it was not a great experience which I have enjoyed in the past.

I explained to the tanner that I wanted the tan dark and that I would leave it on until I go to bed (my appointment was 9am). The advice given was to use the 2 hr tan and leave it on for 4 hrs “no longer or you will go orange” and that the tan would be dark. I washed the tan off at exactly 4 hrs as advised 1:15pm. I am as white as a ghost and have whiter lines the entire length of my legs. I’m disappointed

Have always enjoyed coming into the salon however was quite disappointed from my last visit due to lack of professionalism and maturity from my therapist. I sensed my therapist was not interested in doing my treatment due to a comment at the front counter. I don't know what her name was and I found the whole process quite rushed. From previous visits therapists have prepped and consulted as well as polite conversation. I questioned the therapist and she said there was not much she could do different with my brows (this was after she had already waxing). There was no tweezing at the end of any of the waxing and I went home to have to finish it myself. I also had a string of blue wax in my hair. I was not at all annoyed that the therapist was young but when paying money for a professional service I feel more care should have been taken care of. I would still come back to the salon as I have had great experiences past visits however I wouldn’t be asking to see this therapist again.

I always have a pedicure at Ella Bache but this time I dont feel it was as good, and the girl scrub the dry skin off my big toe and has created raw skin.

Unfortunately I was booked in and my appointment was delayed. I had to ask re timeframe for service. My appointment booking was moved in computer systems and not seen by team member. Multiple team members discussing issues or looking at computer did not question my wait time. Service provided, team member and follow up I have no complaints about

I had a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage and was a little disappointed. The therapist was lovely however the massage was disappointing. It didn't feel like a professional massage - more like a back rub. Large areas of my back were not paid any attention and it lacked consistency and pressure. It felt like the therapist was bored which was unfortunate.
