The team was running more than 10 minutes late to my 30-minute appointment. I said I needed to leave in 15 minutes as I had something immediately after (I booked the last appointment of the day so thought it was reasonable to assume the treatment would finish at it's scheduled time given that it was closing time), hoping the therapist would discuss other options, for example, not having tint, rescheudling, etc. I was told that if I had to leave at a certain time I should have advised of that when I got there. I was also advised I'd be out in 10 minutes as it's a quick treatment. I queried that it said 30 mins online. When taking the tint off, I was told it would be a light tint because I needed to leave early. I got out of the appointment 7 minutes after I said I needed to leave which doesn't sound like a big deal but for me yesterday, it was. Looking at my treatment in the light of day, several parts have been missed, not parts we discussed or agreed but parts where there is a whole chunk on hair that's quite visible. I feel really disappointed about the whole experience and outcome.

I found the salon incredibly noisy and this significantly impacted my experience. The therapist had satisfactory knowledge and skills, however, their skill and experience did not match the price I paid. I have attended this salon on and off a few times over the last five years with varying experiences. I am reluctant to return but hopeful others will have a more enjoyable experience and trust the salon will find this well-intended feedback helpful in improving their service.

Unfortunately this was a second appointment as my first facial appointment booking wasa big muck up. Being a client of Ella bache for many years I requested I be booked with someone in particular next time and they promised I would be. I felt assured. The day I went in for the review service I was not booked in with that person, I had to wait and I wasn't at all relaxed during a very long facial.

I was surprised that the therapists made little effort to engage and made no effort to encourage me to rebook or buy product or get to know me at all or offer additional services - they were somewhat proficient with their waxing but the atmosphere was lack lustre - don’t think I will return

I thought the lady who did my pedicure was absolutely lovely and did a wonderful job. She was friendly, professional, and clearly skilled. However, I felt the salon itself was really lacking. Growing up, Ella Baché was known as a high-end, polished brand, but this location felt dated and quite dirty throughout. The toilet wasn’t very clean, there was laundry piled up in an unused room with the door open, honestly the whole place looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a while, which was disappointing. There was no music playing when I first arrived, though it was turned on once the treatment began—but it was so quiet you could barely hear it. Unfortunately, I could clearly hear staff in the next room having lunch—conversations, bowls and cutlery scraping, the microwave running, the door banging shut—it all really disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. The treatment room also lacked ambiance. The music was barely audible, and the bright overhead lights made it feel more clinical than calming. It just didn’t reflect the polished, premium image I’ve always associated with Ella Baché. I also felt that the money I paid didn’t match the overall experience. While the pedicure itself was lovely and the staff member was great, the condition of the salon and the lack of atmosphere let it down. With a few key improvements—cleanliness, ambiance, and attention to the environment—this place could really live up to the Ella Baché name again but unfortunately I would probably not visit again.

Massage didn't focus on the problem areas and found the fake nails were very stratchy and uncomfortable particularly on my scalp and pulled at my hair. Lash tint was great.
