My therapist was so good. Probably the best one I have seen for a long time. Intuitive and didn't try to sell me products. She just did a wonderful session. I came away ready to book another, which I have and my skin looks better. See you guys in 6 weeks. I will come regularly if the standard remains as good.

The service I receive today from the beautician was of very high quality. She listened to my needs and adapted her routine accordingly, was very polite and professional and I was very impressed with th high quality of the treatment.

I enjoyed my treatment but there were a couple of things I noticed; there was a clock ticking in the treatment room the whole time, it was louder than the spa music being played and was a bit off putting. There was also no mood lighting, just a bright light that made it impossible to relax. I also wasn’t asked about my skin concerns or medical issues after filling them out on the consult form, what’s the point in doing the form if it’s not addressed? After treatment I wasn’t offered any product recommendations or rebooking which I wanted to do because I really enjoyed the little massage that was apart of my back detox and wanted to book for a 60 minute massage but since it wasn’t offered I didn’t bother. Not trying to be rude because I really enjoyed my spa therapists techniques and the products were amazing. I’m from Queensland and have been going to Ella for years and was expecting the same atmosphere and Hobart didn’t deliver.
