Always a friendly, efficient and professional service. The shop is lovely, very well kept. They are always on time, which I really appreciate. I always come away from my appointment very pleased.

A one hour massage in which I spent the time thinking about what I would write in a review, rather than relaxing. It wasn't a relaxing experience. The therapist used rushed movements and was a little rough at times. I was scratched by her long fingernails multiple times and had cold oil poured over my back. Although it's a nice environment, this is probably one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The therapist needs to work on her technique.
