My treatment started with taking photos of my face and then being told all the things that appear to be wrong with my skin. This took up around 20mins. I paid $150 for a relaxing 45 min massage and 30 min facial and I think I got a 20 min massage and 20 min facial because of the skin initial consultation. I have received more professional service at other Ella Bache salons so I won’t be going back to Berwick.

Hi The therapist did not make conversation during the pedicure. I booked a pedicure with gel polish but my feet was not soaked. I was uncomfortable during the treatment - pedicure because she asked me to raise my feet and it was kept in that position for a good 20mins.

Booking was incorrectly made so had to shuffle around. Eyebrow treatment was more painful for to plucking first then wax even though I said I hate plucking. Team member kept trying to up sell Products throughout the whole treatment which was annoying

I just don't feel that there was any value for money at all. It was terrible for the price of $130. I am surprised you get repeat customers at all to be honest. I won't be returning.

I had a "Find my strength" facial today and left the salon with my skin being the oiliest it has been in years. There was a considerable amount of impurities left behind, I myself normally do a better job when I exfoliate at home. The lady who did my facial was more interested in selling me the products than actually caring for my skin appropriately, and not the least interested in hearing my concerns.

The treatment was supposed to be 1hr but finished in 30mins, the therapist had no knowledge of the products or treatments she was providing.
