I usually look forward to, and love my facial treatments at Ella Bache in Narre Warren. The therapists are normally lovely and friendly, and the whole experience of the facial is soothing and relaxing. However, I was disappointed with what I experienced yesterday. I felt the facial was rushed and the therapist was very rough with her hands. I liken the experience to having my face scrubbed in the local automated carwash. On a positive note, she did a beautiful job of waxing my eyebrows, and I am very happy with them. As I have been going to Ella Bache in Narre Warren for a number of years, and this is my first bad experience, I shall not be deterred from going again, and I hope that this experience was a "one off".

Hi, this tanning experience, wasn’t the best. The machine was leaking, so there was a mess on the floor for Renee to clean up. When I showered on Friday morning, as she recommended, I noticed I had a lot of white skin. On my left leg, calf and foot, was all white, no tan and my hand was also white. My left breast ,was missed too. I did mention this to Glenda on Saturday, and she was very helpful and suggested I send photos in. This only allows me to upload one photo though. Hope this is helpful, but i wont be having Renee do my tan.

Overall, a very nice experience. However once in the room, my therapist was in and out of the room a number of times before we even started. At one point I was waiting for about 15 mins for her to come back. My facial didn’t actually start until half an hour after my appointment was supposed to be.

I put firm massage on the form. The foot massage was more like a soft rub, quite disappointing - i was looking forward to this the most. Feel ripped off.
