I had a wonderful facial which was greatly needed. However I found that the therapist was extremely talkative and I personally may have benefitted from less conversation and more relaxation.

Overall had a good experience with my wax and purchase of products. Only thing I would recommend is when I discussed current products I was using, the therapist could have talked through those before suggesting new ones. More education would be helpful. Also perhaps some samples of other products suggested would have been nice!

As this was my first facial I wasn't sure what to expect. I felt that it was more head neck and arm massage then anything else. The tech checked my skin but didn't give any advice or describe the facial she would have done. I wonder if I hadnt had the upgrade which my mother suggested... what the end result would have been. The tech basically just followed what my mother was having on her face I suppose. Maybe I was expecting a steam or or proper scrub. More steps... anyway it was my first facial. Not impressed.
