Thank you again Renee!!! Always the highlight of my mornings and to walk out feeling amazing!! Only thing I was a little unhappy with was the attitude towards Renee when I had arrived and literally sat down for not even a minute, was informed I (the client) was waiting. It is embarrassing to see a staff member inform the beauty therapist (who was in another room at the time so clearly did not know I had arrived yet) “your client is waiting!” in such a rude way. I am very easy going and am happy to wait a few minutes while the room is being prepared. The only thing that will drag down a good experience is seeing one staff member being rude to another.... Not a good look. But again THANK YOU RENEE!!!!
