I become frustrated with the way employees plug the products e.g the recommendations at the end of the consult, trying to upgrade the treatment during my experience, and making me feel it is essential to rebook another treatment (although I know it is meant to be done every 6 weeks or seasonal, I can't afford that and only do it once a year for a special occasion) as if they're trying to squeeze every cent of money out of your products. This makes me feel pressured and makes me feel bad when I say no to their recommendation at the end of the consultations, mainly due to the price. This resulted in a lot of social anxiety and makes me feel like not coming back as often as I should.

Overall I was very happy with the experience and the way my eyelash extensions look. I do however think it was quite pricey that the price of removing old eyelashes is $35. Considering this took only around 5 minutes I do believe it should be included in the price of the lashes. It is more likely I would come back if it was included (especially if Ella Bache had done the previous extensions). The lady that looked after me was very lovely, very professional and offered great advice.

My experience was good but I found Endota spa to be better. All the staff were very friendly, the room was clean apart from all the cords/powerboards that were on the ground in the room and the massage therapist had to keep stepping over them. The one thing I felt uncomfortable with was after the massage, I got given a glass of water whilst I was still under the towel and she was talking about other treatments and recommendations for my skin. I think this would be better done once I was dressed and wide awake, I was awkwardly trying to sit up whilst holding the towel trying to wake up from a relaxing massage, when I'm told about all these products. Still a good massage though.
