I was gifted an experience package that contained a facial and massage. It was purely indulgent and I came out with radiant looking skin. The vibe from the minute you walk in the door is relaxing, caring and professional.

I really enjoyed my experience, Glenda was amazing and gave me good information. The reason I chose a lower rating in terms of referring to family and friends is the price is a bit on the high side and not affordable for everyone.

Environment very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Therapist was very professional and treatment was great. However I will not use Ell bache again as they're upselling cuts into treatment. Would prefer treatment with no analysis of skin or information on paying $70 extra for a mask but no extra time added onto treatment. I just want to relax not hear a sales pitch!

As it was my first time at Ella Bache, I really liked the atmosphere and cozy feel of the salon behind the shop front. The receptionist Sarah was lovely and very helpful. My therapist Renee was awesome. She was friendly, professional and did a lovely, thorough manicure. She was very easy to talk to and kind enough to offer and help get my voucher out of my purse to avoid ruining my nails. On my way out, Renee threw a few Easter eggs in my bag which was so sweet! Highly recommend for your beauty needs.
