Today I received a beautiful relaxation massage by Shelby. She always asked if I was comfortable and if the pressure was ok to give me the best experience. She was also very helpful with giving me information on how I can better take care of my skin.

This will be my second time at Ella Bache Berwick after having the signature facial with micro dermobrasion and eyebrow tint by their beauty therapist, Shelby. Will keep on coming back to see Shelby, every month ! Shelby really looked after me and my skin concerns and offered particular products that would continue to help my skin health journey. She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain each stage of my facial.
