As this was my first facial I wasn't sure what to expect. I felt that it was more head neck and arm massage then anything else. The tech checked my skin but didn't give any advice or describe the facial she would have done. I wonder if I hadnt had the upgrade which my mother suggested... what the end result would have been. The tech basically just followed what my mother was having on her face I suppose. Maybe I was expecting a steam or or proper scrub. More steps... anyway it was my first facial. Not impressed.

I usually look forward to, and love my facial treatments at Ella Bache in Narre Warren. The therapists are normally lovely and friendly, and the whole experience of the facial is soothing and relaxing. However, I was disappointed with what I experienced yesterday. I felt the facial was rushed and the therapist was very rough with her hands. I liken the experience to having my face scrubbed in the local automated carwash. On a positive note, she did a beautiful job of waxing my eyebrows, and I am very happy with them. As I have been going to Ella Bache in Narre Warren for a number of years, and this is my first bad experience, I shall not be deterred from going again, and I hope that this experience was a "one off".
