I have been to this store 3 times now and had a different therapist each time. I always rebook after my facial with the same person but have had someone different each time without prior notice. On my last visit yesterday I was given different skin advice to the two previous therapists prior. I have sensitive skin and have been advised not to use any exfoliant containing microbeads, which I have been doing, but yesterday the therapist did a double exfoliation on my skin using microbeads and my face is still red and irritated 24+ hours afterwards. Happy to provide photos if helpful. I am enjoying the Ella Bache products but the inconsistency of staff and advice is ridiculous and not helpful to improve the condition of my skin.
