We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.
Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who we are today.

I become frustrated with the way employees plug the products e.g the recommendations at the end of the consult, trying to upgrade the treatment during my experience, and making me feel it is essential to rebook another treatment (although I know it is meant to be done every 6 weeks or seasonal, I can't afford that and only do it once a year for a special occasion) as if they're trying to squeeze every cent of money out of your products. This makes me feel pressured and makes me feel bad when I say no to their recommendation at the end of the consultations, mainly due to the price. This resulted in a lot of social anxiety and makes me feel like not coming back as often as I should.
