We normally have Dee and she is brilliant, but we had Ella and it was a terrible experience. My daughter and I have never been in so much pain having our eyebrows waxed ever. If that was our first time there we would never come back. Ella kept plucking, the gloves didn't fit her well and the ends would go into your eyes and the antibacterial wipes were pushed so hard that the liquid was also running in our eyes... she leaned on our chest a lot too. We will not recommend her to anyone.

I normally enjoy my trip to the salon but this time I am very disappointed with the results. My brows are different colours, patchy and my skin is tinted. The beautician told me it would wash off straight away but it hasn’t and I am now stained.

I have been to this store 3 times now and had a different therapist each time. I always rebook after my facial with the same person but have had someone different each time without prior notice. On my last visit yesterday I was given different skin advice to the two previous therapists prior. I have sensitive skin and have been advised not to use any exfoliant containing microbeads, which I have been doing, but yesterday the therapist did a double exfoliation on my skin using microbeads and my face is still red and irritated 24+ hours afterwards. Happy to provide photos if helpful. I am enjoying the Ella Bache products but the inconsistency of staff and advice is ridiculous and not helpful to improve the condition of my skin.

While the lady who’s attended to me was lovely, I found the experience to be somewhat uncomfortable. I have another voucher with your business which I would like to discuss getting a refund on or transferring to the Cranbourne branch.
