Comment
The facial was fantastic. The lady was very friendly and I was treated very well. Unfortunately the last 2 times, I was shown to the room and after undressing and laying under the blanket, waited 15mins to be attended to. Hence the 5/10 score for how I was treated as I don’t feel that it’s ok to be left in the room for 15mins. That is one quarter of my one hour appointment time where I’m just waiting. As I go there for the experience of a relaxing facial, I feel that I’m not getting value.
