We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.
Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who we are today.

This was my first time visiting Ella Bache. Overall, it was a decent experience: Renee (my consultant) was highly skilled, knowledgeable & provided an excellent treatment experience. She was clearly experienced & was incredibly passionate which was refreshing from a customer experience perspective Treatment facilities are good- (probably not as well fitted out as Endota but certainly adequate). My only gripe would be the excessive product/add-on treatment push - I understand a bit of this goes with the territory however I much prefer Endota's approach to this- a list of everything used at the end with no pressure or overt pushiness- I'm much more likely to purchase products if presented in this fashion. I didn't really care for the sneaky add-on services tacked onto an already pretty pricey treatment (although I was respectfully listened to when I advised I was fine with my originally booked treatment). To me, the push to purchase products/services when booked in for some relaxation detracted from the fantastic treatment experience itself. All in all though, for know-how, technique and quality products- Ella Bache is definitely a strong contender.
