Although the salon itself looks and feels a bit tired, the service is anything but. Chloe did an amazing "Turn Back Time' facial. One of the best facials I have ever experienced. What was very refreshing for me was the fact that she didn't ask which products I used, she didn't comment or criticise my skin condition and she didn't try to upsell Ella Bache products to me. She knew I was there for a wonderful facial and that is exactly what she delivered. I will return again to Ella Bache Cleveland.
