Thank-you for the treatment. I'd recommend more friendly service, in a service industry. As the lady who served me, and the lady who did my treatment was a little condesending and unfriendly. The treatment was nice but too quick/rushed in my view. Nice products but good friendly service is what brings people back! :) Hope this helps

The experience is ruined for me with continuous upswell for add ons. The 99 facial is heavily promoted and it’s the price point I can afford. Then the last three times Tim suggested extra 40$ treatments. Also 40 $$ for 5 minute eyebrow tidy is a total rip off. I don’t think I’ll come back. The therapist gave a really good treatment by the way. Karen

Lovely girl, she did express her regular treatment work was with skin. Maybe not ideal for waxing....... one of the more messy and painfull waxing tretments i have had.

I booked a two hour appointment with a specific person, however on arrival I was placed with someone else. This was not communicated to me. The appointment was for 2 hours, however I finished 30min early. The massage portion was just okay unfortunately. I did request a firm massage and it was quite light and didn’t target the areas i mentioned - lower back/neck (was very brief and seemed routine). The good level of firmness applied was only brief and the rest was a lot of just rubbing which didn’t really do much in terms of relieve pain/muscle tightness. The girl I had was lovely and explained things well, this review is no reflection on her - more what just seems to be standard practice at the spa. I did mention the level of firmness once, however I expected the treatment to go on for longer and improve. Perhaps it was because the treatments were combined? But either way 30min early seems a bit much. For the cost ($185) of what ended up being ~70min in the room I didn’t find it to be particularly good. In my opinion it would also be good to invest in some softer towels without a pattern as the ones you have are quite hard and leave a very noticeable skin imprint when you get up, which isn’t ideal for when you leave.

I was a bit annoyed because I was asked to come in at 4.15pm for my 4.30 pm appointment. I thought fair enough they probably want to do a skin assessment. I arrived at 4.10 pm and then waited until 4.30 pm to be taken straight in for my treatment. The facial and massage were lovely. I purchased some products and returned to my car. I checked my face in the mirror and saw a red mark on my chin. It was red and I can only assume happened during the microdermabrasion. It would have been nice if the beautician had advised me there was a little mark left on my chin from the treatment. I was pretty annoyed when I saw it in the mirror. It's now Friday and I had to cover it up with make up before going to work. I spent $442 but probably won't be returning for another treatment. Regards, Catherine Scott

We completely understand your frustration about the wait time and the redness you noticed after your treatment. Redness following microdermabrasion is a normal and temporary side effect, usually caused by increased circulation to the skin’s surface. It generally fades within a few hours to a couple of days. To help your skin heal, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours, keeping well hydrated, and protecting your skin from sun exposure by using sunscreen and seeking shade, as your skin will be more sensitive to the sun. That said, we understand how unsettling it can be to notice redness without prior mention, and we’ll be reminding our team to communicate more clearly about expected post-treatment effects in the future. Good atmosphere but salon appears to be quite rundown. Warm towels used during service were not warm at all and had strange, musky smell to them. Music could be barely heard so that created uncomfortable silence in treatment room. I booked a particular treatment because of description online, but not all parts of that treatment were completed. I wish I had been warned in advance as I would have chosen a different treatment instead. However, extremely friendly staff that made me feel comfortable and looked after.
