Our philosophy of personalised skin care has been with us from the very beginning.

We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.

Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who we are today.

I had eyelashes added on a special $99 promotion, this maybe why they are not thick enough or long enough, I have folliwed instructions carefully but I am sure some have come off after five days

Hi. I was hoping to see Sophie as I had booked him with her but was told when I arrived she wasn't available. I would have liked to been called and told I wasn't seeing her. The lady I saw was very nice except she took some skin off my forehead and since then I've been a little bit redder than I have ever been before after an eyebrow wax.

Response from Ella Bache

Hi Cilla, thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us. i sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of not being informed about Sophie's unavailability prior to your visit. Although we endeavor to fulfill your choice in therapists, last minute changes or delays from previous clients, sometimes we need to adjust. we want to make sure your valuable time is not affected, so we need to make slight changes. regarding the skin irritation you mentioned, its important for us to understand what occurred. if possible, could you please share a photo of affected area? this will help us assess the situation more accurately and ensure we address any concerns appropriately. your comfort is our priority, and we want to make sure you are taken care of. please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you, and I looking forward to resolving this matter. thank you for your understanding.
