Hi. I was hoping to see Sophie as I had booked him with her but was told when I arrived she wasn't available. I would have liked to been called and told I wasn't seeing her. The lady I saw was very nice except she took some skin off my forehead and since then I've been a little bit redder than I have ever been before after an eyebrow wax.

The experience and quality of treatment were to a very high standard. However, I wish I was suggested the continuation of treatment or products to support the treatment I had. I live about 15km from the place and used a gift card, I felt that because of that I was treated as a “one time customer”. I would be happy to come back if a series of follow up treatments were presented for consideration. I wish I was a bit more “encouraged” to return. Anyway I recommend the place.
