The salon outlined the cost and provided a quote before starting my hair. While the amount was significantly higher than anticipated the staff member kindly and respectfully offered alternatives more within my budget expectations. The staff explained what they were doing throughout the process and showed a genuine care for their work. I am very pleased with the end result.
