Unfortunately, although I had been sent a discount voucher via email, I forgot to use the voucher when I paid for my service. It would have been nice for the staff to have prompted me to present the voucher.

Haircut is good, however, cost has gone up too much for men's cut.

All the team at AlanaKristian do amazing work for all our clients. Unfortunately all costs for the business (Rent, wages, products, consummables, compliance, equipment etc) and for everybody have risen dramatically and for AlanaKristian to maintain its high level of service quality and to remain a viable business prices needed to be adjusted.

the latest price increase without additional value add is very hard to justify. I paid $190 for a cut and treatment, unreal prices. Effi is doing an amazing job but the level of service was no different to what I used to receive pre covid, so what's changed?
