I have been visiting DPY for over 10 years. This is probably the least satisfied I have been in this time. I haven;t done any reviews before, but each time I've been less satisfied. The young lady who did my wax was lovely, very professional, very good with advice, and did a tidy job, not getting wax everywhere. But, the salon doesn't seem as refined as it used to be, and the waxing products don't seem to be very good all. The wax wasn't sticky, it left lots of bits behind, and the bikini wax was really hot and very stiff. I had an upper leg and bikini wax. Half the 'fluff' around the very tops of my legs has been missed, so in between my elgs at the top looks fluffy and unwaxed. I'm considering looking around.

I had a great treatment today Thank you!!! Susan is just fabulous! professional, caring and well informed. The couch was somewhat uncomfortable but Susan worked with me until I found the right comfortable place to lay down, thank you! Merry Xmas to all!

Susan was so lovely about me missing an appointment the previous week as a result of my phone being stolen. She is always happy and friendly and is very good at her craft.
